Holtec Gas Systems (Holtec) designs Nitrogen Generators / Inert Gas Generators that are manufactured in Missouri. The Generators are typically used in laboratories, oil industry, chemical plants, refineries, food and beverage industry, and in connection with Controlled Atmosphere (CA) fruit storage. We are established in the design and fabrication throughout the world of gas separation systems based on Membrane Separation and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technologies. Our office is located in Chesterfield, Missouri about 25 miles (40 km) from St. Louis International Airport or downtown St. Louis. We have worked within the field of gas generation systems since 1984. Our goal is to offer the best system considering price, quality and performance. Holtec's activities include full responsibility for conceptual and detail engineering, design, procurement, supervision of fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning and start-up of packages for various industries worldwide. We have travelled to many offshore oil production facility in Europe and other parts of the world to service nitrogen generators. Recently completed projects include the delivery of explosion proof Membrane Nitrogen Generators to many different offshore oil platforms and many industrial type PSA Nitrogen Generators. Holtec can troubleshoot your existing gas generator and suggest ways to improve the system performance. We can supply replacement Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS or molsieve) for your PSA nitrogen generator, replacement Zeolite for your PSA Oxygen Generator, or new Membrane Separators for your membrane nitrogen generator.
